Through numerous annual fund-raising events, College Club earns substantial funds necessary to perpetuate and expand its financial assistance programs. In 2018, the Education Fund awarded grants totaling $67,500 to 110 young women and our Memorial Scholarship Loan Fund provided $48,000 in interest-free loans to young men and women. Our fundraisers include the Book Fair, Capers, author luncheons, the Memorial Day Run and the Thrift Shop.

Our regular meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at which carefully selected speakers, experts in their fields, present topics of interest to our members. In addition, small groups that focus on the special interests of our members meet throughout the year.

Membership in the Club is open to women of all towns who are graduates of an accredited four-year college or university, have earned an associates degree or its equivalent of post secondary education, or hold a degree from a foreign university that has been adjudged eligible for membership. College Club depends on dedicated volunteers who are committed to the pursuit of excellence in education. We strongly believe that with the opportunity for quality education, society will ultimately benefit.
